What is RTT and how can I help?
RTT uses a combination of techniques including hypnotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming to identify and address the root cause of stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. During an RTT session, the therapist will guide the client into a state of deep relaxation and trance-like state, allowing access to the subconscious mind. This is where the root cause of stress, anxiety, or panic attacks can often be found.
Once the root cause has been identified, the therapist will work with the client to reframe negative beliefs, behaviors, and thought patterns that are contributing to these conditions. The therapist will help the client to create new and positive beliefs that will help them to manage and overcome their stress, anxiety, or panic attacks.
