Intake Consultation (up to 1 hour)
I will take you through an initial consultation to understand what your issues are and to discuss how I can help you free your mind.

RTT Session (up to 2 hours)
Conducted online or within my premises, you will enter a deep state of relaxation but be fully aware and in control. Your conscious mind will be allowed to drift.
A personalised audio recording will be made and sent to you after the session for you to listen to at home from any device.
Step three
21 Day Recording (& 30 Day Support)
You will listen to the personalised recording for 21 days.
I will offer telephone/online support for a 30 day period following the session.
A follow up phone call will take place 2 months after the session.
